What's happening to the dolphins?
Annually every year the village of Taiji, Japan sends out a crew of dolphin hunters to herd thousands of wild dolphins into an out-of-sight cove where they are brutally killed by multiple stabbings from the fisherman. Every year the dolphins are brutally slaughtered for their meat (that is even called "trashy" by the locals), an extremely NOT okay act that was hidden from the rest of the world until activist Ric O'Barry made a movie called The Cove to show the world of Taiji's terrible sin. He and his super-brave camera crew even caught on tape how the cove looks after the "fishing": the water is no longer translucent. It's bathed a bright red. Can you guess from what? Here's the sickening answer: all of the poor dolphins' blood. Yeah, I know, it makes me want to puke too. It's so sad and downright wrong. Also, the saddest part is (besides the killing of all those innocent dolphins) is that most of the people in Japan (where the killings are happening) don't even know about these killings either. But wait! There's something you can do to help. Go to www.SaveJapanDolphins.org. You can find out more on the How Can I Help? page under the button titled Save the Japan Dolphins!!! next to the Home button. PLEASE HELP THOSE POOR DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!
This is a video from You Tube below, about the terrible things that they are doing to those poor dolphins in Taiji. It kills me, makes me want to go out and do something when I watch what is happening to those poor dolphins. Go to the website highlighted above and HELP OUT THE JAPAN DOLPHINS!!! Also, the picture to the left is of a dolphin hunter doing his job: hunting, stabbing to death, and KILLING all of the dolphins!!!
See all that red stuff surrounding the boat? That's the WATER of the cove after the killings of all the dolphins. It's been stained bright red with the dolphin blood!!!! Isn't that horrible? Doesn't it make you so sad and mad? Enough that you want to HELP THOSE JAPAN DOLPHINS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!
